Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping — available upon request

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[75.00].

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages nPOS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@npos.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
